If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, just return the merchandise within 30 days of placing your order. Should you decide to return the merchandise, please follow the simple return instructions below:

Return Instructions

Please include a letter or note with your return which provides your name, address, phone number, email address, item being returned, reason for return and whether you want the item replaced or a refund. Email us for a Return Goods Authorization number before mailing.

Pack the item(s) securely. All return products should be in the condition they were received in, as well as in their original packing. Merchandise must be returned in full units; partial sets will not be accepted.

Send your package freight prepaid via UPS or insured Parcel Post. Sunco Plastics will not be responsible for packages that are not received, so please make sure to keep a record of your return shipment. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you are returning an order for a refund, we will initiate a credit to your credit card upon receipt of the return. If the product received is defective, incorrect or damaged and you would like a replacement, please so indicate and we will ship your replacement within 3 business days of receipt of return. Please note that we cannot process exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange one item for a different item, please return the original item for a refund and enter a new order for the desired merchandise.
